At Signature by Sherazi, your satisfaction is our priority. We take great pride in crafting each product with care and attention to detail. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Customized or personalized products (including engraved or calligraphed sticks) cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

To start a return, please contact us at our WhatsApp number (+92 302 1234565) with your order number, photos (if applicable), and reason for return. Our team will review your request and provide further instructions.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 15 days after the returned item is received.

  • Refunds are issued through the original method of payment only.

  • Please note: shipping or handling fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged product, we’re happy to exchange it for the same item. Please reach out within 7 days of delivery.
