1. General Information

Signature by Sherazi is an online handcrafted stick and custom product store based in Pakistan.
All products are designed, crafted, and delivered with attention to detail and quality. By using our website or making a purchase, you agree to our policies regarding orders, payments, shipping, and returns.

2. Orders & Payments

  • Orders can be placed directly through our website or by contacting us on WhatsApp.

  • All prices listed are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes (unless stated otherwise).

  • For custom name stick orders, we require 50% advance payment plus shipping charges before starting production.

  • Standard products may require advance shipping charges before dispatch.

  • We reserve the right to cancel any order if payment is not received or if the information provided is incomplete or inaccurate.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • We offer free delivery in Lahore.

  • For other cities across Pakistan, a flat Rs. 999 delivery charge applies.

  • Orders are typically delivered within 7 to 10 business days after receiving the advance payment.

  • Signature by Sherazi is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Returns & Refunds

  • Customers can request a return within 7 days of receiving the order.

  • Refunds are processed within 15 days after the returned item is received and approved.

  • Custom or personalized products (such as engraved or calligraphed sticks) are non-returnable, unless damaged or defective upon arrival.

5. Product Customization

  • Custom engraving, name printing, or calligraphy is done as per customer instructions shared at the time of order.

  • Once confirmed, custom designs cannot be changed or canceled.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate spelling and design details.

All content on this website — including text, images, designs, and logos — is the property of Signature by Sherazi.
You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of our content without written permission.
